Ingredients:
1 pound chicken wing portions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F and place a wire baking rack over a rimmed sheet pan lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings and olive oil and toss to coat.
