Very quick and delicious NIPPLES…Light and fluffy…Anyone can make them…Here's what you need:


INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

For the dough:

1 egg

1 cup of warm milk 200 ml

1 cup of warm water 200 ml

1 bag of dry yeast 10 g

1 spoon of sugar 20 g

1 teaspoon of salt 8 g

4.5 cups of flour 540 g

And more:

1 grated potato

1 red pepper

2 green peppers

1 onion

parsley

80 g cheese

2 cups of oil for frying (400 ml)


PROCEDURE:

1. In a deeper bowl, beat the egg with a fork or wire. Add all the listed ingredients for the dough except the flour, then mix.


2. Gradually add the flour and mix until it becomes compact and there are no lumps. The dough is soft and sticky, so it is only mixed with a spoon.


3. Cover and let it ferment in a warm place for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume. During this time, finely chop all the vegetables. You can also add vegetables of your choice.


4. Stir the cooked meat with a spoon and add the vegetables and the grated cheese. Mix everything well to make it even.


5. Fill the dough in a cooking bag for easier extrusion and frying in the oil. If you don't have such a bag, use a regular bag, or scoop out the dough with a spoon, but dip it in the hot oil each time before scooping.


6. Heat the oil to a moderate temperature and cut off the dough (as for tulumbi) and lower it into the oil. Fry the fingerlings until they turn brown on both sides. See the procedure HERE .
